PLAYER eVALUATION

The evaluation model is broken out into 5 categories (each worth 20% of the overall score). The final column allows the evaluator to make a overall decision based on ranking players based on who they would choose to make the team without the given criteria. 

A players attitude will be the final and deciding factor on his suitability for this team. There are many reasons for this and I am happy to discuss them with you individually but this document is displayed so that you can understand what you need to focus on and to understand the complex factors that makes a player great.
