UNDERWATER HOCKEY — ARE YOU READY TO GO DEEPER?

Tuesdays | 7:45pm – 9:30pm

4-Week Session | April 14th – May 5th

Pool time · Coaching · All equipment included

If you're a competitive athlete who's always chasing the next challenge — this is it.

Underwater Hockey is a fast-paced, semi-contact team sport played on the bottom of a swimming pool. It demands breath control, explosive movement, sharp tactical thinking, and seamless teamwork...all while holding your breath.

You'll operate in a true three-dimensional arena, reading the game in real time, communicating without words, and outmaneuvering opponents in one of the most physically and mentally demanding environments in sport.

Think you can handle it?

What to expect:

  • High-intensity interval-style effort — every dive counts
  • Strategic team play in a unique competitive environment
  • Breath-hold & underwater movement skills that will elevate your game
  • Low-impact but seriously hard cardio — your lungs will know about it
  • Coaching, pool time and all equipment provided from day one

Whether you're a swimmer, a rugby player, a diver, or just a serious athlete looking for something completely different, if you competitive, play hard and play well with others, you'll fit right in.

📅 Next session starts April 14th
