RUMBLEFISH

RUMBLEFISH UNDERWATER HOCKEY

Underwater hockey (UWH) is for anyone interested in finding an incredibly unique sport for fitness, competition and fun. UWH is a fast paced game played with a mask, fins, snorkel and a stick to pass the 3 lb puck around the bottom of the pool. Below is a short (1:43min) promo link that does a better job explaining than words can.

It is an ideal sport for adults interested in life-long fitness, great conditioning, and high-cardio/low-impact workouts.

The learning curve is quick if you are comfortable swimmer. It is an 'invasion sport' so you have an advantage if you have played any team sports, particularly ice hockey, soccer, rugby, lacrosse, or water polo. If you were ever a lifeguard your enjoyment of the pool and high spatial awareness may mean you are perfect for this sport.
